Is the Shadow AI Radar scan really free?
Yes. It's a self-serve, 3-minute online scan with no payment details required. You get an AI Control Score and a breakdown of your likely risk areas.
Does the Scorecard fee count towards anything?
Yes. If you go ahead with a Portal or Core deployment within 60 days, the full Scorecard fee is credited against it.
Are there hidden usage fees on the Portal?
No. AI model usage is included in the per-seat price under a fair-use policy. Every feature is included on every seat; there are no feature tiers.
What does the Kubrius Core setup price include?
The appliance hardware, Kubrius Core software installation, private RAG configuration, and onboarding of your initial approved workflows. We supply and install the appliance; you own it outright. The monthly care plan covers updates, monitoring, tuning and support.
Can we hire the Core hardware instead of buying it?
Yes. If you'd rather avoid the upfront cost, we offer a hire option from £750/month (€880/month) per node, which covers the appliance, installation, configuration and the full care plan in a single monthly fee. We retain ownership of the hardware; your data still never leaves your network.
What if we need more capacity or new workflows later?
Core nodes daisy-chain: additional nodes are added at a reduced one-off price with a small uplift to the care plan. New workflows outside your initial contract are scoped and quoted as fixed-fee projects, so there are no surprise bills.
Do you charge in currencies other than GBP and EUR?
GBP and EUR are our standard billing currencies. If you need another currency, get in touch and we'll confirm what's possible.
