Your original Core quotation will show the month-13 renewal price and defined remote support terms. The first year is included in the upfront price.

Is Core’s first year free?

No. Twelve months of platform and care for 10 users are included in the £9,995 upfront price. From month 13, renewal is £2,988 per year or £299 billed monthly. Your original quotation will show these renewal terms.

Is £249 the monthly Core payment?

No. £249 is the monthly equivalent of the £2,988 annual renewal. The monthly billing option is £299 per month.

How does annual Cloud billing work?

Cloud is £20 per user per month on annual billing: £240 per user billed annually. With the five-user minimum, that is £1,200 annually. Monthly billing is £25 per user, with a £125 monthly minimum.

Can we add Core users?

Additional users cost £10 per user per month, including platform access and additional usage allowance. Numbers are subject to appliance capacity; we’ll confirm suitability for your workload.

Does the public-model allowance keep processing local?

No. Core’s private model runs locally. Using an external public model sends permitted requests to that provider. The included allowance does not imply automatic routing between the cloud workspace and Core.

Can we try a cloud pilot?

Talk to Chris about a bounded pilot. Duration, usage, eligibility and any pilot charges are agreed before it starts. Live cloud access remains subject to completing the model connection and operational setup.
