Who we are

This site is operated by Awesome Solutions Ltd, trading as Kubrius, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 08765129, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. We are the data controller for the information described here.

For anything in this notice, including asking us to stop contacting you, write to [email protected].

If you fill in a form on this site

We collect your name, work email address, firm, number of staff, what you'd like to do and whatever you write in the message field. We use it only to reply to you and to arrange a demo if you ask for one.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us about a commercial service and you expect a reply. We keep enquiry records for two years from our last contact, then delete them.

If we contacted you first

We sometimes contact people at UK firms who we believe have professional responsibility for how their organisation uses AI. Where we do, we collect only business contact information already published professionally: name, job title, employer and work email address.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, and we have carried out and recorded a balancing assessment. We email named individuals at limited companies and LLPs only, about a service relevant to their professional role, at low volume, with an opt-out in every message. We do not email sole traders or ordinary partnerships without consent.

If you ask us to stop, we stop immediately and permanently, and we keep the minimum record needed to make sure we do not contact you again.

Who else sees it

• Formspree delivers submissions from the forms on this site to our inbox.
• Google Workspace is our email.
• Pipedrive is our CRM, where enquiries and conversations are recorded.
• Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

Each acts as a processor under contract. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address in the process.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice locally. It never leaves your device.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
