Use the cloud workspace for approved external-model tasks, or Core for a workspace, private model and workflows running locally. Core’s API connects existing tools and agents. Automatic routing between the Kubrius cloud workspace and Core is a separate, unfinished integration.

Can we connect our existing workspaces and agents?
Yes. Core provides an API for connecting existing workspaces and agents to its local private model. It also supports building and running agentic workflows. Automatic routing from the Kubrius cloud workspace to Core is not yet connected.
What does the appliance cost?
Core is £9,995 upfront, excluding VAT, including the appliance, standard installation, onboarding and 12 months of platform and care for 10 users. From month 13, renewal is £2,988/year or £299 billed monthly. Additional users are £10/user/month, subject to appliance capacity. See pricing and included services. All prices exclude VAT.
Does Core learn automatically from external models?
That is a longer-term idea, not a shipped capability. The immediate direction is local company knowledge and controlled private execution.
Can we use our company documents in the cloud pilot?
Company-document Q&A is deferred and disabled in the cloud pilot. That is separate from Core’s local workspace, model, API and workflow capabilities. Discuss any document integration requirements with us.
